The Aids to Daily Living Specialist (ADLS) credentialing program is administered by VGM Live At Home. This purchase consists of the Home Safety Assessment Consultant (HSAC) course that is a requirement for renewal of your certification and a renewal contact verification form. Your updated certificate for the C.E.A.C. or C.E.A.C. Mastery will be issued only after the contact verification form and the HSAC is completed. The certification will be renewed with a two-year time period.
