Learning objectives:
- Define neutral body positioning;
- Identify the factors that should be considered to maintain neutral body postures while working at a computer workstation;
- Explain how force can affect localized muscle groups;
- Explain the potential hazards and possible solutions for prolonged periods of activity at a computer workstation;
- Explain the potential hazards and possible solutions to overcome inadequate lighting and ventilation, and glare at a computer workstation.
To successfully complete this course, you must attain a minimum score of 80% on the final exam and complete the course training survey.
