HR018 - Communication: What is It?

Communication is the exchange of thoughts, opinions and information. Good communication skills are essential for every phase of our lives and the success of any organization depends on the capability of their employees to communicate. True communication occurs only when there is understanding between people. Effective communication occurs when there is a natural, smooth flow of information across levels, as well as within each team in the office. This online course will help you understand the basics of communication. To successfully complete this course, you must attain a minimum score of 80% on the final exam and complete the course training survey.
