Learning objectives:

  1. Define what an account actually is; 
  2. Develop an organization chart for an account's entire company; 
  3. Describe various types of account personalities; 
  4. Explain how an account that does not generate business can be important to your success; 
  5. Describe the steps you can take to remain in touch with an existing account.

To successfully complete this course, you must attain a minimum score of 80% on the final exam and complete the course training survey.
