Purpose: To enhance the participant’s awareness of workplace violence, risks, risk factors, and prevention strategies.
Objectives: Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to
1. Define workplace violence.
2. Discuss examples of violence.
3. Identify where violence occurs most frequently.
4. Discuss risk factors for violence.
5. Explore employee prevention strategies.
