Learning objectives:
- Explain the regulatory requirements that must be met in order to be qualified to operate a commercial motor vehicle (CMV);
- Explain the importance of developing healthy habits and how they can have a positive influence on your ability to operate a CMV;
- Explain the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations that pertain to the type of CMV you operate;
- Describe how “whistleblower” laws protect you from retaliation if you report CMV safety violations.
To successfully complete this course, you must attain a minimum score of 80% on the final exam and complete the course training survey.
