The purpose of this course is to present health care professionals with a comprehensive understanding of the etiology, symptoms, and management of urinary incontinence which are outlined under Federal legislation – (F315) 42 CFR 483.25(d) (1) (2).

2. Explain risk factors for incontinence.
3. Differentiate between the classifications of incontinence.
4. Discuss the components of incontinence assessment.
5. Outline the treatment options for incontinence.
