The participant will explore traumatic brain injury, causes, risk factors, signs and symptoms, and preventive measures.
Purpose: The purpose of this course is to present health care professionals with a comprehensive understanding of the causes, symptoms, interventions and management of traumatic brain injury.

1. Identify the common types of traumatic brain injuries.
2. Explain the clinical presentation of traumatic brain injury.
3. Differentiate between the classifications of traumatic brain injuries.
4. Outline the treatment options for traumatic brain injuries.
