HR004 - Interviewing and Hiring

This course will assist you in developing a framework to structure an interview in a lawful manner.

Learning objectives:

1. Explain full lifecycle recruiting and the importance of the candidate experience.  
2. Identify the process to review resumes. 
3. Identify ways to prepare and structure a hiring interview. 
4. Identify various legal considerations with interview questions.

To successfully complete this course, you must attain a minimum score of 80% on the final exam and complete the course training survey.

Continuing education: 1.0 Category II CPE credits by the Board for Orthotist/Prosthetist Certification (BOC); VGM Education is authorized by IACET to offer 0.1 CEUs for this program.
