This course will cover how to effectively develop, deliver and evaluate a successful new employee orientation program. This course also includes a variety of useful checklists, activities and evaluation forms.
This course will cover how to effectively develop, deliver and evaluate a successful new employee orientation program. This course also includes a variety of useful checklists, activities and evaluation forms.
Learning objectives:
- Design a new employee orientation program;
- Determine the necessary objectives of your training program;
- Effectively use nonverbal and verbal communication to your advantage as a presenter;
- Apply techniques to deal with difficult trainees;
- Explain the three reasons for evaluating an orientation program;
- Design a training evaluation that meets the needs of your organization.
To successfully complete this course, you must attain a minimum score of 80% on the final exam and complete the course training survey.
