Objectives
After completion of this course, dietary staff will be able to:
1. Define a standard survey.
2. Be familiar with the other types of surveys.
3. Identify who conducts a survey.
4. Understand why a survey is needed.
5. Know what is an F-Tag.
6. Be familiar with the F-Tags in dietary
7. Understand what is a deficiency
8. Be familiar with the scope and severity grid
9. Understand what is a PoC.
