CNA104 - Aggressive Behaviors in the Older Adult (1.0 HR)
This course is designed to assist the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to participate with the health care team in managing aggressive behaviors. It is imperative that CNAs be knowledgeable about, and involved in, the management of difficult behaviors to provide for the safety of residents/patients, staff, and visitors.

2. Identify ways to prevent aggressive behaviors.
3. Identify common “triggers” associated with aggressive behaviors.
4. Discuss intervention techniques used with aggressive behaviors.
