This course offers an introduction to the Medicare program and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). To successfully complete this course, you must attain a minimum score of 80 percent on the final exam and complete the course training survey.

  2. Identify the contractors that work with CMS and their roles; 
  3. List the four parts of Medicare; 
  4. Identify who qualifies for Medicare; 
  5. Identify what a DME MAC is; 
  6. Identify the six payment categories for DME.
