The participant will enhance his or her understanding of the definition of sexual harassment and how to prevent it in the workplace.
Purpose: The participant will enhance his or her understanding of the definition of sexual harassment and how to prevent it in the workplace.
Objectives: 1. Define sexual harassment; 2. Increase their understanding of the EEOC Guidelines on sexual harassment; 3. List four steps to fight sexual harassment; 4. Discuss the employer's responsibility in harassment situations; 5. Discuss the investigative process; 6. Discuss how to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace.; 7. Increase their understanding of sexual harassment situations through case examples.
