- Understand the prevalence of tuberculosis.
- Describe the causes of TB and how it is spread.
- Identify the symptoms of active TB.
- Discuss diagnostic tests for TB.
- Explain the TB skin test and the interpretation of reactions.
- Discuss appropriate treatment for active TB.
