ALL108 - Activities for Residents Needing 1:1 or Individualized Activities (1.5 HR)
Activity professionals will review and gain knowledge of assessing, planning, evaluating and implementing 1-1 activities for the bed bound, room bound, or isolated resident.

Objectives
Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:
- Explain how to use information from assessment and care planning forms to develop appropriate 1-1 activities for the resident.
- Identify residents who have a need for 1-1 activities.
- Select appropriate bedside activities for the resident who is unable to come out for activities.
- Explain an activity plan for residents with a variety of special needs such as vision or hearing impairment, those in isolation, chronic illnesses, confusion, etc.
- List specific 1-1 activities.
- List time management techniques.
