This course is designed to provide both health care workers and employers a deeper understanding on the topic, a review of applicable federal laws, and guidance on how to implement the concepts of diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

This course discusses the topic of harassment in the workplace and speaks specifically about workplace bullying. You will learn what behaviors define bullying, the physical and mental effects of bullying, what to do if you are being bullied, and the ways bullying behaviors harm your company.
