Sexual harassment affects an individual’s employment, interferes with work performance, and creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work environment. This course will provide an overview of the issue of sexual harassment in the workplace, how it can be prevented, and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s (EEOC) process for receiving and resolving complaints.
