HR009 - Sexual Harassment Training for Managers

This course discusses sexual harassment: how to identify it, its legal aspects, how to prevent it from happening in your organization, and how to conduct an equitable investigation.

Learning objectives:

1. Define sexual harassment; 
2. Identify components of an effective anti-harassment policy; 
3. Recognize circumstances where the employer may be liable in sexual harassment claims;
