- Explain the reasons why people use credit cards;
- Explain how the credit card process works;
- Describe how the credit card system protects you, the merchant;
- Explain the chargeback process, and identify five ways to avoid chargebacks;
- Describe at least four features that an e-commerce Web host should be able to provide you in order to accept credit card payment over the Internet.
- To successfully complete this course, you must attain a minimum score of 80% on the final exam and complete the course training survey.
